    FTE was selected as the prime civil, playing field, and traffic engineering firm in association with Fawley Bryant Architecture for the $108 Million Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium (RDCS) and Sports Complex Renovation project. RDCS is the Official Spring Training Facility for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Marlins.

Ravi Devaguptapu, P.E, PTOE - President

Ravi is a registered professional engineer and a professional traffic operations engineer. He is registered as a P.E. in 20 states. He has been involved with a wide range of projects in long range planning, traffic engineering, transportation statistics, traffic operations design, public involvement and QA/QC. He has held positions for several organizations including the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Fort Myers Chapter, Peace River Engineering Society, Hindu Temple of Southwest Florida, Indian Association of Fort Myers, and supports several non-profit organizations.

 


Phillip Kurth, P.E, PTOE. - Vice President of Operations

Phillip is a has experience in both the public and private sectors. Phillip conducted hundreds of traffic studies utilizing the industry’s latest standards, techniques and traffic model simulations. His traffic experience includes traffic operational analysis, area-wide signal retiming projects, traffic concurrency, capacity analysis, traffic signal warrants, crash data analysis, speed studies, access management, roadway and intersection field assessments, and multi-million dollar capital deployments.

 


Gary Ng, P.E., Vice President of Engineering

Gary has experience in highway engineering design, project coordination and management. He has served as Contract Manager on several multidiscipline task work order contracts and also urban reconstruction projects. His highway design experience consists of design, cost estimating and preparation of construction plans for projects which include multi-level interchanges, interstate widening, arterial widening and reconstruction, complex traffic control plans, resurfacing, intersection improvements and sidewalks.

 


Oliver Rodrigues, P.E., PTOE - Vice President of Planning
 

Oliver has experience with numerous traffic engineering and design projects, as well as transportation planning and mobility studies for highways and transit systems. Oliver actively supports several non-profit organizations in his community, as well as professional organizations such as the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), the Florida Engineering Society (FES), and the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers (FICE).

 


Bill McBride - Vice President of Land/Sports Development

Bill is nationally recognized as a talented designer in the sports engineering field working directly with national and international sports architectural firms. His design experience consist of master site planning, ADA compliance, natural and synthetic turf playing fields, master irrigation systems, assisted in obtaining all the necessary required State and Federal permits and project administration for several high profile MLB Spring Training Facility Complexes, MLB Stadiums, NFL Stadiums, NFL Practice Facilities, MLS Soccer Stadiums, US Soccer Training Facility, NCAA Sports Complexes and several local Municipality Multi-Use Sports Complexes.

 


Charles Sloan - Vice President of Data Collection

Charles manages FTE's traffic and highway data collection department. He has experience in collecting and entering TCI, RCI and HPMS data. Charles has been involved with BlueTooth data collection and other non-intrusive methods. He is also proficient with PTMS inspection and installation.

 


Gregory Rieth, PSM, CFM, Vice President of Surveying

Greg began surveying in 1976. Greg is an active member of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. He has served as the Vice President for the Society in 2007, Annual State Conference Committee Chair, and has also held various local chapter positions. He was also a Certified Seminar Instructor with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
